This opportunity is for you What we offer: A key role in a recognized and dynamic consulting firm Hands‑on involvement at the heart of the action The chance to work with growing companies from a wide range of industries Regular exposure to company presidents/CEOs and boards of directors starting in your first year Development opportunities at every stage of your career What we don't offer: Crazy hours that make it impossible to balance work and personal life Working on engagements without ever meeting clients Never being in contact with the practice partner and therefore missing out on their expertise Responsibilities Coordinate client relationships Execute strategic planning and growth strategy engagements for companies across various sectors such as Technology, Healthcare, Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, Entertainment, Aerospace, etc. Be responsible for strategic analyses of markets, competition, risks, and organizational issues, while taking into account each client's specific needs Design, prepare, and facilitate strategic sessions Actively contribute to the development and visibility of Melka Conseil Qualifications and Experience A bachelor's degree and/or a master's degree in business administration, finance, strategy, economics, or another related field providing a solid foundation in strategic thinking, financial analysis, and management 3+ years of relevant professional experience Experience in consulting or corporate strategy (required) An outstanding academic record Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to all levels Curiosity and adaptability Structured thinking, strong analytical rigor, and a well‑developed strategic mindset Strong analytical and quantitative or financial skills Autonomy, initiative, and a commitment to continuous learning Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite Working Conditions You will work directly with a small team of motivated professionals as well as with the firm's president.
