ML Ops Developer, Fusion Autodesk Job Requisition ID: 25WD93132 Remote (Canada & US) The Fusion Machine Learning team is a multi‑disciplinary team of engineers and researchers developing AI/ML solutions to some of the biggest challenges in 3D design, manufacturing, and mechanical engineering. We are seeking an MLOps Developer who is passionate about transforming mature production‑ready AI‑powered applications through infrastructure optimization. Responsibilities Improve team operational efficiency by implementing MLOps and DevOps practices. Develop, maintain, and ensure reliability of model inference services. Adapt research models to automated deployment pipelines. Collaborate with engineers and researchers to scale research code for training and inference at scale. Monitor model performance, system health, and overall platform efficiency. Advance codebases to iterable, pipeline‑deployed, version‑controlled solutions. Implement model governance and enforce security best practices and compliance standards. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet SLA and new‑feature release requirements. Minimum Qualifications 3‑5 years of hands‑on MLOps / DevOps experience in a production environment. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for deploying and managing machine learning infrastructure. Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code practices using tools such as Terraform. Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for orchestrating and scaling ML applications. Demonstrated experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for ML projects. Experience building reliable and scalable inference APIs (Flask, FastAPI). Understanding of security best practices in MLOps, including data encryption, access controls, and compliance standards. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to popular machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their integration into MLOps processes. Familiarity with inference accelerator tools (ONNX, TensorRT, Triton) for real‑time and high‑throughput inference runtimes. Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack) for tracking model and system performance.
