Overview of the role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Hardware Assembler to perform basic electronic testing and quality checks on hardware components. The role involves executing test procedures, identifying defects, and ensuring products meet quality standards. Candidates should have basic knowledge of electronic testing tools and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Prior experience in hardware quality control or testing is preferred but not mandatory.
Note:
**This role involves basic assembly tasks that are very repetitive in nature. Candidates should be comfortable performing routine tasks with precision and consistency.
**This job is conducted in a small-scale production unit, not a high-volume manufacturing facility."
Responsibilities:
- Conduct electronic testing and inspections on hardware components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately identify, analyze, and document defects, failures, or inconsistencies, ensuring detailed reporting and traceability for corrective actions.
- Evaluate existing testing procedures and proactively suggest enhancements to optimize efficiency and reliability, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to refining quality assurance protocols by leveraging technical expertise to streamline internal processes and elevate product standards.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Basic hardware/ Electronics component and Testing knowledge.
- Knowledge of testing tools like Electric IMP, OTII arc Pro preferable, but not mandatory
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Undergraduate or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Quality Control or related field only.

Note:
- Visa sponsorship for this role is unavailable. Candidate should have an open work permit/Citizenship or PR in Canada.
- This is a full-time on-site role and we are looking for candidates who can commute to our Edmonton office daily.
