Serve Richmond residents as a Residential Concierge with FirstService Residential, using customer service expertise to welcome visitors and resolve concerns. Work Monday through Friday, 4pm to 12am.
As the face of high-end residential properties, you will greet residents and visitors warmly while maintaining high customer service standards. The position suits someone passionate about going above and beyond, solving problems, and diffusing sticky situations. Previous strata building experience is an asset, while direct, in-person customer service experience is required. Strong written and oral English communication supports effective client and staff interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all residents and visitors with a warm smile
- Provide high standards of customer service
- Go above and beyond for residents
- Solve problems and diffuse sticky situations
- Patrol properties, including stairs, hallways, interiors, and exteriors
Requirements:
- At least one year of direct, in-person customer service experience
- Excellent written and oral English communication
- Previous strata building experience is an asset
- Ability to safely receive, store, and handle standard packages
- Ability to work in wind, heat, cold, and rain
