As a Retail Associate within our boutiques, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering extraordinary client experiences and supporting sales opportunities. THE ROLES Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment As a Style Advisor, you will: Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments Build deep and personalized connections with clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia As a Service Advisor, you will: Welcome clients Match clients with their product and direct to the right Service Counter Prepare the product for processing Efficiently and accurately process transactions Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience Support operations at the Service Counter As an Inventory Associate, you will: Process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and clients Strategically place product in the backroom Uphold product display standards Enable cross-channel shopping experiences Support operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations As a Merchandiser, you will: Process shipments efficiently and accurately Place product on the sales floor strategically Translate the product story in our boutiques Validate product display standards Enable cross-channel shopping experiences Support all aspects of boutique operations THE QUALIFICATIONS An aspirational sense of individual style A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Leadership principles Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Commitment to quality and results that add value THE COMPENSATION The typical range is $20 - $30 per hour.
