Resident Care Partner PSW Join Sienna Senior Living as a Resident Care Partner PSW. A critical role that impacts the lives of residents and fosters warmth and human connection. Responsibilities Review residents’ support plans and provide activities of daily living (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, mobility, continence management, laundry). Monitor and document residents’ vitals, weights, behaviour, mobility and safety; report changes to the team. Escort residents to social activities, appointments, dining, etc. Respond promptly to nursing call systems. Assist with move‑in, move‑out and transfer of residents. Perform other duties as assigned. Must Haves High School Diploma and completion of a recognised Personal Support Worker program. First Aid and CPR certified. Minimum six (6) months experience in a geriatric environment. Successful Vulnerable Sector Check. Bonus Points Courses in gerontology, aging or dementia. Accredited Personal Support Worker program with six hundred (600) hours of related experience, including class time and practical experience, preferably in a geriatric setting.
