Gruppo Terroni seeks Seasonal Hosts for its front-of-house team during the Holiday Season. You will greet restaurant guests, answer phone calls, and support an excellent customer service experience. Restaurant experience is preferred but not required, with on-the-job training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a cheerful, professional personality
- Provide consistently outstanding service to restaurant guests
- Answer guest calls over the phone
- Run food and clear tables when required
- Maintain a clean, organized restaurant
Requirements:
- Part-time availability during weekdays and weekends
- Availability for both day and night shifts
- Reliable, positive, and quick-learning approach
- Good understanding of the English language
- Smart Care Certification required
