Support Gem-iDRS commercialization strategy with market development and cross-functional project work as a Global Commercial Strategy Co-op Intern in Markham.
At Johnson & Johnson, this internship supports the Gem-iDRS Global Commercial Strategy team. You will contribute to launch readiness, stakeholder engagement, actionable insights, and organizational effectiveness. The work spans Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Insights & Analytics, Regional Marketing, and operating company teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support launch readiness and market development activities
- Engage cross-functional teams on strategic projects
- Support KOL engagement and stakeholder management
- Generate insights supporting market understanding
- Contribute to process improvement and organizational excellence
Requirements:
- Rising undergraduate junior or senior
- MBA students are encouraged to apply
- Coursework in healthcare, life sciences, marketing, or strategy
- Interest in biopharmaceuticals, commercialization, or market research
- Permanent U.S. work authorization without sponsorship requirements
Build pharmaceutical commercialization experience through Gem-iDRS strategy, market insights, stakeholder engagement, and launch readiness work.
