Inspect and hang customer garments with Cintas in Newmarket, Ontario, working full time on the second shift with production standards.
As a Production Associate supporting Cintas Rental Division, you will place garments on hangers and inspect them visually. The work includes identifying holes or tears requiring proactive repairs, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting established production standards. Additional hourly incentive earnings are tied to individual productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely place customer garments accurately on hangers
- Visually inspect garments for holes, tears, and flaws
- Identify garments requiring proactive repairs
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the assigned work area
- Meet or exceed established hanging production standards
Requirements:
- Adhere consistently to the attendance policy
- Work safely near other people for extended periods
- Stand for most of the shift
- Perform repetitive motions, bending, turning, stretching, and reaching
- Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
