Help customers find better sight as a Specsavers Eyecare Consultant in West Kelowna, using customer service and eyewear styling skills. This part-time role includes weekends.
As a Retail Associate, you will create memorable optical shopping experiences while guiding customers through frames, lenses, and contact lenses. Specsavers provides full training, including pre-screening procedures, so previous optical experience is not essential. The schedule offers 20 hours weekly, eventually leading to full time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and create a friendly store environment
- Recommend eyecare solutions based on customer needs
- Guide frame selections for lenses and personal style
- Perform retinal imaging and other pre-screening tests
- Process eyewear orders and schedule follow-up appointments
Requirements:
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communication style
- Enthusiasm for learning frames, lenses, and pre-testing
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
