Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a strong asset. Experience: 10+ years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in modular construction, manufacturing, or large-scale building projects is highly desirable. Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated success in leading large, multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex, high-impact projects. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term, align engineering initiatives with business strategy, and drive organizational change. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of engineering principles, building codes, and design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
