Store Manager – Building Materials & Flooring | Full P&L Responsibility (Moncton) Are you a building materials retail leader ready to take full ownership of a store’s success? Tile Shoppe Moncton, we’re looking for a driven Store Manager who can inspire a team, deliver results, and grow strong relationships in the community. While flooring or tile experience is an asset, we also welcome candidates from broader building materials backgrounds — especially those who bring strong contractor connections and leadership skills. The Tile Shoppe, a growing retailer with 4 successful locations, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to take the helm at our Moncton store. If you're an Assistant Manager ready to run your own show, or a proven leader feeling stuck in your current role, this is your chance to build something great. Why You’ll Love Working Here: Be the Leader: You will have Full P&L responsibility with genuine decision‑making authority. Make key decisions and work directly with the company owners. Uncapped Earning Potential: Earn a competitive base salary ($65,000 - $80,000) plus a significant annual bonus equals to 15% - 25% of the store net profit before tax, NO CAP. Your total compensation can realistically reach $85,000 - $120,000+ . Grow With Us: As we expand, you will have opportunities to advance your career. What You’ll Do: Lead all store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. Use your industry knowledge to help customers and contractors choose the right products. Build and maintain strong relationships with your existing network of local contractors, builders, and installers. Manage and motivate a team to provide an excellent customer experience. Drive sales, especially with business clients and contractor accounts. What We’re Looking For: Must Have Experience: 3-5 years in the flooring, tile, or building materials industry. Local Network: Established relationships with contractors and builders in the Greater Moncton area. Proven Leader: Experience in retail management and a strong track record in sales. Ambitious Spirit: You are energetic, hard‑working, and ready for a new challenge where your work directly impacts your success. Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset. Ready to Apply?
