Keep Real Canadian Superstore shelves ready for customers as a Home Clerk focused on stocking, displays, and accurate product scanning. Training is provided, with no previous experience required.
This Store Team Member helps maintain a positive in-store shopping experience across Canadian retail communities. You will stock products, maintain displays, identify inventory needs, assist with ordering, and set up company-directed programs. The position also requires customer responsiveness, department organization, health and safety awareness, and consistent mobility. Flexibility and willingness to learn support the daily work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure shelves remain stocked with available products
- Maintain displays and shelves to company standards
- Perform accurate product scanning throughout the department
- Identify inventory needs and assist with ordering
- Set up promotions and keep areas neat
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training is provided
- Ability to learn new things and stay motivated
- Independent, driven approach with attention to detail
- Availability for varied days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds
Support product availability and customer needs through stocking, scanning, ordering assistance, and organized department service at Real Canadian Superstore.
