With over 35 years of experience, our client is dedicated to delivering a top-tier client experience through comprehensive services that span acquisition, operation, and upgrading of aircraft. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the safety, performance, and reliability of aircraft, directly contributing to the unmatched reputation our client holds in the industry. Responsibilities: Execute and ensure the meticulous completion of all avionics activities as contracted by customers, in both hangar and ramp environments. Lead major inspections and modifications on aircraft projects, overseeing and guiding the work of junior technicians and apprentices. Maintain comprehensive and precise aircraft documentation to ensure adherence to standards. Certify the proper installation and certification of all components on aircraft. Perform duties in alignment with the avionics control manual and ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulatory standards. Participate in company-directed training courses to continually enhance skills and knowledge. Uphold the Safety Management System Policy, maintaining a clean and secure work environment at all times. Requirements: Valid Transport Canada E license. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Experience with Business Aircraft types is considered an asset. Capability to perform efficiently under pressure with strong organizational skills. Attention to detail and a team-oriented, positive attitude. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office and other computer applications. Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including rotation (5/5/4, day/evening).
