Why This Role Exists Iteration Insights is managing a growing portfolio of high-value analytics projects. During a planned coverage period, we are seeking a senior Project Manager to ensure delivery continuity, client confidence, and operational stability across active engagements. This role is ideal for a PM who thrives on hands‑on ownership and measurable impact. Outcomes You Will Own Ensure active projects continue without disruption during a planned coverage period Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, including status and budget reporting Identify and mitigate risks and issues before they escape escalation Keep internal consultants focused on delivery rather than administrative tasks Support discovery activities and help advance new opportunities as needed Provide practical feedback on processes and improve project management practices Success Metrics Clients remain confident and informed Projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget Risks and issues are tracked and resolved proactively Internal teams experience minimal disruption and stay focused on delivery What You Bring Senior project management experience in consulting or professional services Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to quickly take ownership of active projects and establish control Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and delivery expectations Familiarity with analytics or technology projects is a plus (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure) Nice to Have PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications Background in technology consulting Mentorship or process improvement experience Work Model Hybrid role with most work completed remotely Occasional onsite client meetings may be required Flexible engagement structure suitable for senior or fractional professionals Why Experienced PMs Choose This Role Clear, measurable outcomes instead of vague responsibilities Autonomy and trust in your work Potential for ongoing part‑time involvement after the initial term #J-18808-Ljbffr
