Base pay range CA$45.00/hr - CA$65.00/hr Job Description: Insight Global is looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join our large agriculture client. This will be starting as a 12 month contract, fully remote across Canada, with some travel expectations. The Training & Development Specialist will spearhead the development, coordination, and delivery of end-user training for SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracting; and Procure-to-Pay capabilities within the Procurement function. This role is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that facilitates the adoption of Ariba solutions and best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a robust training strategy for SAP Ariba Guided Sourcing and Contract modules tailored to a variety of end-user audiences. • Design, create, and deliver training materials including job aids, user guides, e-learning and presentations; for instructor-led and virtual sessions. • Conduct needs assessments to customize training content to suit different user groups’ experience levels and roles. • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions using adult learning techniques to ensure high knowledge retention and practical application. • Collaborate with procurement and project teams to incorporate continuous feedback into training materials and delivery methods. • Measure training effectiveness through assessments and stakeholder feedback; and implement adjustments for ongoing improvement. Qualifications & Experience: • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. • 3+ years demonstrated experience in delivering adult education and learning principles in a corporate setting. • Proven track record in deploying training programs, including the development and rollout of training strategies in a large, complex organization. • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, video creation software, and LMS Platforms. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to all levels of the organization. • Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Ariba is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments.
