Job Description About the Role Spin Master is seeking End User Experience Lead for the end‑user experience and application deployment for our SAP ERP implementation under Project Sherpa. This strategic role will serve as the voice of the end‑user within the project team, ensuring seamless adoption and deployment across the organization. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between operational teams, end users, and ERP implementation partners. Own end‑user experience strategy for SAP ERP deployment, ensuring smooth rollout and adoption. Represent Spin Master in all project meetings as the voice of the end‑user perspective. Oversee all application deployments and ensure that everything pushed to user devices meets project standards. Collaborate closely with implementation teams and internal stakeholders to align on requirements and execution. Manage communication and coordination for all user‑related aspects of the ERP transformation. Provide strategic guidance on ERP transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Proven track record in end‑user experience leadership and application deployment for large‑scale ERP projects. Experience working in organizations with 3,000+ employees. Strong ability to navigate vendor relationships, manage customer expectations, and influence stakeholders with confidence. Comfortable working in a highly visible, strategic role with strong opinions and decision‑making authority. Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to represent the project at an executive level. Onsite presence required 4 days per week. Industry experience is not required, but prior experience in large ERP transformations is essential. Preferred Attributes Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving.
