Enforce purchasing policy and process; drive maverick‑spend reduction and contract coverage. Create and analyze procurement dashboards in NetSuite and Excel/BI; report savings, PPV, cycle time, and compliance KPIs. Oversee daily buying operations (RFQs, POs, receipts), supplier onboarding, and master data integrity across NetSuite/Salesforce/Agiloft. What you bring 5+ years in procurement with technology category depth (SaaS, cloud, OEM/resell, hardware) and experience leading or managing others; people‑lead experience preferred. Data‑driven, organized, and able to influence cross‑functionally; excellent written and verbal communication. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field; or CPSM/MCIPS a plus. Work model and location Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite in Waterloo, Ontario.
