As a Security Concierge, you will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents and contractors. Your job will involve patrolling the area, responding to security incidents, and managing inquiries. You'll use your excellent communication skills to handle conflicts and maintain a positive environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a secure environment through regular patrolling
• Respond immediately to any security issues
• Provide support and service to residents
• Record important incidents and details accurately
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations
Requirements:
• Familiarity with security and emergency procedures
• Experience in concierge or related fields preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle physical security tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
