EXIGENCES ---------------------------------- TALTEK is looking to fill the following position for one of its clients: JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced consultant for a mandate as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Analyst. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing D365 reports for call centers while acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 reporting and integrations is essential. RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Expertise Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet specific reporting requirements for call centers and CRM. Oversee integration with ticketing systems, customer service platforms, and queue management tools. Ensure seamless communication between Dynamics 365 and related tools such as IVR systems, telephony platforms, and automated follow-ups. Call Center Optimization Design and implement workflows for queue management, follow-ups, escalations, and resolution tracking. Collaborate with business teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with industry best practices for customer service and data management. Stakeholder Collaboration Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams. REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Analyst. Proven expertise in call center technologies, including integrations with ticketing systems and reporting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and customer service workflows. Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and integration of Dynamics 365. Familiarity with tools such as IVR systems, telephony platforms, and other customer service technologies. Ability to draft and review technical specifications and understand system architecture. Experience implementing Dynamics 365 in large-scale call center environments. Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Freshdesk). PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certification (asset). Familiarity with Azure services and other Microsoft integrations.
