The PSP Market Data Vendors team currently manages a wide array of vendors across an extensive range of services and datasets. The Analyst will be primarily responsible for maintaining market data subscription inventory, responding to licensing requests and handling contract renewals. He or she will also work to improve the efficiency of the many operational tasks.# **ABOUT YOUR ROLE**As an **Analyst, Market Data Vendors,** you’ll:* Maintain the inventory of market data (moves, additions & cancellations) by proactively reaching out and collaborating with both internal clients, such as budget owners, and external vendors to ensure approvals for access data and contract terms validation* Act as primary contact person to validate and analyze internal clients’ needs within the context of contract renewals* Rigorously track each contract to plan its renewal and/or exit strategy in a timely manner and ensure that each step is correctly documented in the appropriate system (communications, decisions, etc.)* Prepare, negotiate and settle contractual agreements with suppliers, while working closely with internal stakeholders* Support invoice validation, processing and reconciliations* Contribute to the coordination and alignment of business tools and processes to optimize deliverables (quality, time, etc.)# **WHAT YOU’LL NEED*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate in finance, accounting, computer science or other relevant field* Between one (1) and three (3) years of relevant experience* Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs such Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
