This position plays a crucial role in managing financial planning and reporting for a growing portfolio within the real estate sector. You’ll review third-party financial packages, support closing documentation, and contribute to annual budgets. Key responsibilities also include managing compliance activities while driving process improvements for accurate reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review third-party financial packages for completeness
• Manage investment onboarding and offboarding
• Lead improvements in reconciliation processes
• Prepare financial deliverables and reports
• Support compliance activities including audits
Requirements:
• 3+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS accounting practices
• Exposure to real estate preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience with financial software systems
