Senior Product Manager CoLab – Greater St. John’s Metropolitan Area About CoLab CoLab is a cloud‑based platform that enables mechanical engineering teams to deliver life‑changing products faster. Engineers and AI peer reviewers automatically scan 2D drawings and 3D models for design errors and non‑compliance, create context‑aware markup, and capture knowledge from across the global business so that every lesson learned and design guideline is applied exactly when it matters. About the Role As a Senior Product Manager you will shape new product features, guide enterprise team projects to ensure desired outcomes, and work with product marketing and success to launch finished features to customers. You will bring structure and strategic direction to your team, balance specificity of large customer asks with long‑term platform value, define what gets built, and interface directly with IT and systems stakeholders at some of the world’s largest engineering companies. Ideal Candidate Seasoned Product Manager who thrives in complex environments. Strong executive presence to work with enterprise customers. Experience in a product area that touches user management, permissions, platform architecture, or enterprise IT. Built and shaped high‑performing teams and can keep one aligned in a rapidly evolving environment. Responsibilities Complete customer and user research. Contribute to and maintain roadmaps. Brainstorm solutions to challenging problems and discuss proposals and designs for new ideas with cross‑functional teams. Write clear and concise product requirements to capture the vision, goals, success criteria, and key elements of new products and features. Use data to inform decisions, validate hypotheses, track performance, and iterate on solutions—leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs. Understand and deconstruct technical and engineering specific problems; translate them into easy to use solutions for our customers. Represent business goals and solutions; work cross‑functionally to solve challenges in product development and arrive at the optimal outcome for the product and our customers. Collaborate across many teams at CoLab to communicate product requirements and deliver features, striving for the best customer experience and making smart compromises as necessary. What You’ll Need 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Experience with user management, permissions, security, or platform infrastructure. Strong communication and executive presence — you can lead conversations with enterprise customers and cross‑functional stakeholders alike. Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver results with minimal oversight. Compensation & Benefits Full‑time, permanent position with a stock options package.
