(Business address 512 Larch Place, Canmore, AB, T1W 1R9,Canada) is seeking a Landscape Labourer.Working conditions:Wage: $27.00 per hourFull-time, year-round positionWorking location: Various work locations in the Bow Valley30 - 44 hours per weekOvertimes are paid at 1,5 rate for hours exceeding 44 hours in any given week;4% vacation paid by-weekly.Duties: Assist with installing patios, walkways, driveways, lawns, decks, and retaining walls. Measure, cut, and lay paving stones and natural stone on various surface, such as patios, walkways, ponds, water features, retaining walls. Measure and cut timber for the install of fences. Dig holes and pour concrete for the install of fence posts. Heavy rock lifting, shoveling, wheel-barrowing and raking. Laying sod; seeding using appropriate lawn seed mixes. Support excavation work and site preparation for landscaping projects. Plant and arrange trees, shrubs, flowers, and other softscape elements, such as groundcover with all proper tools. Install and ensure proper operation of irrigation systems. Hauling material from and to the jobsite. Loading and unloading machinery for use at the jobsite Remove snow during winter months using trucks with plows for driveways and parking lots. Keep job sites clean and safe while protecting existing landscapes during snow removal. Apply de-icing products like calcium chloride or rock salt appropriately. Inspect and repair landscaping tools during the winter season.Requirements:Languages: EnglishEducation: High SchoolExperience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Landscape Labourer or similar occupation.
