Le Creuset is looking for a committed Retail Associate to contribute to our legacy of innovation and excellence. You will play a crucial role in providing stellar customer service while driving sales through engaging product demonstrations. Flexibility in working hours, inclusive of evenings and weekends, is necessary for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding service to every customer
• Inspire sales by enlivening product engagement
• Understand customer preferences and recommend products
• Maintain a welcoming and polished store environment
• Efficiently use POS systems for transactions
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in customer service with a sales focus
• Excellent communication skills for rapport building
• Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and use safety techniques
• Skilled in operating computers and POS technology
Support the legacy of Le Creuset by providing exceptional customer experiences and product knowledge.
