Reporting to : Vice-President, Talent, Culture and Employee Experience The Strategic Business Partner, Talent and Culture is a key player for managers and senior management, as well as a driver of organizational transformation. His or her role is to inspire a leadership style based on commitment, accountability, rigor, and collaboration. Attentive to business issues, he or she aligns leadership practices with organizational priorities , thereby promoting performance and operational excellence . As a trusted partner , Talent and Culture supports leaders and their teams in implementing strategic and tactical initiatives that stimulate engagement, attraction, retention, and continuous development of talent —essential levers for success and growth. Main responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to managers and executives to align leadership practices with business objectives and support the company's organizational transformation. Leadership and support Advise, coach, and support leaders in developing leadership, managerial skills, and best practices for engagement. Support managers in managing and developing their teams. Play an active role in solving complex problems by promoting proactive approaches and concrete solutions. Talent attraction Drive recruitment strategies in line with business objectives. Support managers in selecting and integrating candidates. Actively contribute to the onboarding process to promote the successful, rapid, and sustainable integration of new resources. Develop and maintain strategic workforce planning, anticipating future skills needs and steering succession plans. Organizational culture and change Embody and promote the organizational culture in line with the company's values and vision. Play a central role in supporting change, anticipating human impacts and strengthening team engagement. Promote inclusive and equitable practices, and support transformation and agility initiatives. Development and retention Oversee succession management, career planning, training, and the development of strategic talent. Deploy recognition, compensation, and benefits programs tailored to organizational needs. Labor relations Maintain proactive and flexible internal business relationships with teams, while acting as the guardian of Croesus' culture and values. Advise and support managers in managing labor relations (conflicts, legal compliance, disciplinary practices). HR analysis and performance Monitor and analyze key indicators. Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to improve organizational performance. Continuous improvement Contribute to the evolution of Talent & Culture practices and the development of organizational capabilities. Monitor best practices in health and safety. Participate in the implementation of projects and initiatives aimed at standardizing, harmonizing, and continuously improving the employee experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development. 12-15 years of relevant experience as an HR business partner. Experience in information technology and / or software development and / or fintech. Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, Gmail, etc.). Member of the Order (CHRP, CHRI). Bilingualism required, English and French, written and spoken. Mobility in Toronto; 3-4 times / month. (for 1 of the business partners) Knowledge of Quebec and Ontario labor laws. Skills Strong coaching and leadership support skills. Strong ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Motivational leadership and collaborative approach. In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, change management, and organizational development strategies. Sense of fairness, inclusion, and professional ethics. Sense of initiative and developed creativity. Highly rigorous and detail-oriented. Ability to manage priorities and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
