This portfolio is responsible for the growth, pricing and market strategy of our Wireline Connectivity portfolios. You will be instrumental in shaping the market presence, pricing and growth strategies of these crucial services, directly influencing how SMBs connect and succeed. We pride ourselves on creating differentiated strategies and working closely across the organization to ensure we are responsive, supportive, and driving activation growth. What You'll Do This role requires a blend of strategic planning, offer creation, market review, and collaborative execution. Driving critical initiatives and providing guidance across functional teams. Develop and articulate a differentiated product strategy and tactics related to activations, pricing, market insight, bundling, positioning, and growth recommendations for the SMB Wireline Connectivity portfolios. Guide and collaborate on cross‑functional teams (e.g., Go to Market, Sales, Marketing, Planning) to manage margin, enable service delivery, and support the creation of integrated customer solutions. Manage the market and performance of existing and new products, with direct accountability for SMB activation and growth metrics. Use primary and secondary market research and in‑depth competitive landscape analysis to recommend solutions to better support and/or reposition existing or new product offerings to cross‑functional teams and senior leaders. Focus analysis on SMB segment pricing, promotions, and feature parity. Cooperate on efforts to improve time‑to‑market for SMB market response tactics and drive timely resolution of production and service delivery issues across the value chain. Review and anticipate market, client, regulatory, and technology trends to create business plans and present recommendations to senior stakeholders. Develop, own and maintain a product roadmap and business requirements through the understanding of market, customer, regulatory, and technology trends for the SMB Wireline Connectivity portfolio items. Qualifications What you bring We’re looking for a highly capable individual with a passion for the SMB segment and product strategy. Knowledge of the SMB segment, including purchasing behaviors and connectivity needs. Knowledge of Wireline Connectivity solutions – an asset. Proven ability to develop and execute complex pricing models and market response strategies. 7+ years of product management experience in IT or telecommunication services. University Degree or equivalent post‑secondary education in business or marketing. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships. KPI and product performance management. Familiarity with Domo/Looker/Tableau. Excellent reviewing skills and financial review capabilities. Full understanding of product specialization; able to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. Great‑to‑Haves Knowledge of the regulatory process within telecommunications. Strong awareness of current technology trends and their potential influence on future SMB services. Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15% Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
