Test Automation Lead – Selenium, Java, API Lead 7-10 Years of Test Automation experience, expertise in automation frameworks and test design automation. Working as an Automation QE Lead in Selenium with Java, automation framework, understanding of web services/API concepts. Responsibilities: Lead the development of test automation strategy. Collaborate with enterprise to select and implement appropriate frameworks across portfolio. Manage the QE team – clarify requirements and define automation approach. Develop and maintain automated testing solutions using Selenium and Java, focusing on optimized test coverage, service virtualization, high performance and maintainability. Work with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Git/Bitbucket, HP ALM, JIRA, Confluence. Communicate with project stakeholders independently and proactively solicit requirements. Qualifications: 10+ years’ experience in Test Automation. Strong knowledge of Java and Selenium. Experience with automation frameworks and design. Experience with Git, Bitbucket, HP ALM, JIRA, Confluence. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and solicit requirements.
