Establish and maintain executive-level stakeholder relationships across Supply Ontario, OPS ministries, and broader public sector organizations. Program & Project Management Excellence: Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams including enterprise system implementations, cloud infrastructure establishment, data platform migrations, and security enhancements. Implement robust program governance structures ensuring effective decision-making across complex, interdependent initiatives. Coordinate vendor relationships and delivery across strategic consulting partners and technology providers. Drive risk management frameworks across technology, security, integration, and organizational change dimensions. Technical Product Management: Lead product strategy and roadmap development for enterprise applications including digital procurement solutions, vendor databases, corporate systems, and integration platforms.
