Support children’s development as an Early Childhood Educator at BrightPath Kids in Bowness, Alberta, with full-time or part-time scheduling available.
Working alongside teachers and families, you will provide children with a home away from home. This educator role involves implementing BrightPath’s curriculum, assessing children’s abilities and needs, and discussing progress with parents and staff. You will also maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom environment while building collaborative relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BrightPath’s child development curriculum
- Maintain an environment protecting children’s well-being
- Assess children’s abilities, interests, and needs
- Discuss children’s progress with parents and staff
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- Early Childhood Education Level 1 Certification or B.Ed. equivalent
- Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
- Current Standard First Aid certification
- Current infant child CPR certification
- Current immunization and health assessment
