Earthscape is seeking a reliable Winter Sidewalk Crew Member from November 15 to April 15. Responsibilities include clearing snow using specialized equipment and applying de-icing materials efficiently. Candidates must be ready for 24/7 on-call work during the winter season, often responding to urgent requests under varying conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clear snow and ice using shovels and snow blowers
• Apply de-icing materials to walkways and driveways
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Maintain organized work areas and vehicles
• Adhere to safety protocols for winter hazards
Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and reliability needed
• Excellent punctuality and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
