As a key team member at Boots Opticians, you will enhance customer relationships by understanding their unique needs. Your responsibilities include assisting with pre-screening, ordering, and dispensing eyewear while maintaining operational standards. You'll also benefit from the ‘Step Into Optics’ training program, which will bolster your industry knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers upon store entry
• Support pre-screening for eye-tests and related activities
• Order, dispense, and collect eyewear items
• Provide aftercare through repairs and adjustments
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of shop floor
Requirements:
• Passion for delivering excellent customer care
• Eagerness to learn and develop your skills
• Retail or clinical background is a plus
