Salesforce QA Tester

Responsibilities Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the wider later Salesforce ecosystem. Log, track, and verify defects in the issue-tracking system (e.g., Jira). Perform regression, integration, performance, and user-acceptance testing (UAT). Work with Salesforce admins, developers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. Experience with both manual and automated testing. Provide clear, timely test status reports and metrics to project teams and management with the support of the scrum masters. Advocate for quality best practices and continuous improvement. Coordinate release readiness reviews and support production deployments. The Person: Experience in a Salesforce QA/Testing role Experience operating within Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with project management tools including JIRA/Confluence and Miro Ability to define and deliver best practice testing plans Ability to understand user requirements and processes and identify potential issues during testing Confident in coordinating regression testing based on ecosystem software updates (core Salesforce and Managed packages) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
