About This Team Under the Raw Material umbrella, the Jr. Developer is the connector between the colourization team and the cross‑functional product teams for seasonal Colour, Print & Garment Dye developments. You will work on colour approval at fabric level, communication to the supply chain, and establish alignment across the product teams for your product category. You will support the Developers and Team Lead to deliver seasonal readiness and good colour execution. A Day in the Life Supporting the commercialization and development of the In‑season Lab dips and Prints, ensuring they meet technical quality standards and deliver the highest level of aesthetic and performance attributes. Reviewing colour and colour‑fast quality to meet design, Merchandising and the business vision. Working closely with the RM Vendors and Subcons on a seasonal basis through daily updates, conference calls, and when needed. Managing the lab dip process end‑to‑end with support from developers & team lead, creating consistency across substrates. Developing seasonal artworks for print, checking layout, colour and colour‑fastness testing to ensure they hit the Lululemon quality standards. Creating efficiency through the development process, properly organizing the in‑season developments and tracking all comments in Flex PLM daily in a timely manner. Checking that the Print Master Standard submission matches the approved strike‑offs for bulk reference. Supporting the in‑season team by providing visibility and status updates to Team leaders when required. Qualifications At least 2 years of apparel or textile industry experience. University degree / College Diploma required, preferably in textiles. Superior rating on the Munsell 100 colour test. Knowledge of fabrics, and print development process and timelines. Enjoys a fast‑paced environment. Strong IT skills. Strong ability to communicate clearly and objectively. Additional Notes Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role. Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The hiring range for this position is $66,000 – $86,600 annually; base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
