The successful candidate will foster continued growth, build customer relationships, enhance financial performance, and contribute to our strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Unite and lead Vice‑Presidents and Directors, bringing national teams together to support all business growth objectives. Drive growth by leveraging LDME expertise and client networks. Lead and develop key team members, aligning resources for the LDME sector. Identify potential acquisition opportunities for WSP Global. Develop operating plans and financial forecasts in collaboration with the business line executive and finance leader. Lead the implementation of operating plans, focusing on people development, client relations, project delivery excellence, quality, and financial performance. Direct leaders on mitigation measures to ensure successful delivery on contractual commitments and financial targets. Foster a high‑performance culture, complete integration to a single WSP culture, and ensure high levels of employee engagement. Optimize financial performance, including net revenue, operating margin, and DSO. Collaborate with peers globally to leverage technical expertise and client satisfaction. Ensure that health, safety & environment and ethics & compliance are integral to organizational culture. What You’ll Bring 15+ years of leadership experience in the LDME sector. Proven ability to create a high‑performance environment and empower teams. Strategic thinking in addressing growth opportunities while balancing risk. Track record of client engagement and business development. Ability to influence and drive high‑caliber teams toward higher performance. Advanced skills in managing relationships and achieving results. A passion for technical innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Openness to national and international travel.
