We support both our clients and our team with respect, integrity, and care. Role Description This is an on-site role for a Criminal Defence Lawyer at our Windsor, ON office. The role involves representing clients in criminal cases, preparing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and providing sound legal advice. Additional responsibilities include assessing evidence, developing legal strategies for court proceedings, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients. Collaboration with clients and other legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes is a key component of this role. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant position Experience in Criminal Law and/or Immigration Law is mandatory. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
