Develop and implement operational standards, best practices, and quality control processes to mitigate risk. Proactively identify and manage health and safety risks. Actively solicit and act on client feedback to improve service delivery. Identify and pursue opportunities for organic business growth. Qualifications 10 or more years of relevant experience. A degree in Computer Science, Science, Engineering, GIS, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is considered an asset. A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Consulting Environment. A minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience specifically in GIS & Data Analytics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. A passion for innovation, an aptitude for leveraging technology and a commitment to continuous improvement. Experience Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams. Deep understanding of the geospatial and data analytics markets, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities. Strong business development acumen, with a successful track record of identifying, pursuing, and winning new business opportunities in the market. Demonstrated project management expertise through planning and managing projects of increasing size and complexity, from initiation through to evaluation. Compensation $90,000/y to $130,000/y Dillon is including the salary range that we in good faith believe may offer for this position. It will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, and skills, in addition to internal equity and geographic region.
