Bring fashion knowledge and customer service skills to RW&CO as a seasonal Fashion Associate at Outlet Collection Winnipeg.
This part-time, temporary role lasts two months and supports daily store operations. You will provide personalized assistance, process transactions, share product knowledge, and help maintain an organized sales floor. Retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding shopping experiences and build customer relationships
- Assist customers with fitting room needs and questions
- Process accurate transactions at the cash desk
- Use product knowledge and promotions to support add-on sales
- Maintain clean, organized, visually appealing sales floors
Requirements:
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, organized, adaptable approach
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Support RW&CO customers with personalized service, fashion insight, accurate transactions, and polished store presentation in Winnipeg.
