We currently have exciting opportunities within our Pulp & Paper Division operations for Electrical Engineering Students to join our teams in Saint John and Lake Utopia, New Brunswick, for the Winter 2026 Work Term. Responsibilities Working with contractors and mill personnel to determine the scope, planning and execution of work packages for mill operations. Development of detailed scopes of work for installations related to scan card access systems, 120 V – 600 V temporary construction power, IT connections, including wireless access points, switches, and cameras. Work with software such as AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Document Management Software Oversee installations of low to medium voltage electrical equipment, building services components, instrumentation, etc., while ensuring schedule and budget are maintained and monitoring job quality and safety. Assist Systems Engineers on maintenance, programming, and configuration of Mill Control Systems Working with the reliability team to perform root cause failure analysis on mill equipment, as well as reviewing and optimizing the preventive maintenance program. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering and in good academic standing Team player with a safety-first mindset Ability to effectively time manage multiple projects.
