We're looking for an AI Architect to define and deliver the architecture behind Mave's AI agents. This isn't research - it's about building production-grade systems: retrieval-augmented chatbots with memory, powered by structured data pipelines. You'll partner with our Head of Engineering, work hands-on in code, and shape how AI becomes indispensable to real estate professionals. What You'll Do Design and deliver AI agent memory systems Build and scale retrieval-augmented chatbots in production Write Python-first with LangChain and modern LLM tooling Define data architecture for agent intelligence Guide other engineers ( 20%) while staying majority hands-on Drive architectural decisions that scale with adoption About You You've shipped AI/chatbot systems into production Strong Python skills; experience with LangChain and LLM integration Solid ML or data science background - you understand models and workflows Startup mindset: fast-moving, adaptable, outcome-focused Based in Toronto Why Join Now?
