To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our Lake Country Co‑op brand to life, visit us at Responsibilities Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co‑operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members' lives, with a strong customer‑focused approach. Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels. Provide pump island and in‑store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties. Ensure safety is held as the highest priority. Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location. Maintain knowledge and understanding of the POS system, pumps, propane, and carwash. Receive, price and display merchandise as required and assigned. Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports. Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures. Embody our values of honesty, innovation, responsibility, and respect. Has a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Willing to obtain WHMIS and propane dispensing certifications.
