We're looking for a Technical Project Manager with deep Shopify expertise to spearhead significant e-commerce initiatives. This pivotal role demands collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide bespoke solutions to our global enterprise clientele. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with design, development, and product teams, aligning projects with client objectives. Lead project planning, defining requirements, timelines, and resource allocation. Translate complex technicalities for non-tech stakeholders, including clients and ensuring mutual understanding. Resolve intricate technical issues and provide comprehensive solutions, particularly in Shopify integrations and customizations to solve Maintain ongoing client communication for updates and feedback, refining project outcomes. Oversee project timelines, manage risks, and adapt to ensure timely delivery. Cultivate teamwork and uphold excellence in all project facets. Manage other resources to enable project completion start to finish including solutioning, design, development and QA Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures creation and implementation Qualifications 1-3 years of relevant experience Proven track record in technical project management, especially in e-commerce and digital commerce. Deep knowledge of Shopify Plus, its functionalities, and industry best practices. Experienced in handling large catalogs, complex data, and integrating legacy systems. Experience with retail POS and WMS systems Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational prowess. Aptitude for handling multiple simultaneous projects in a dynamic setting. Background in manufacturing, parts, distribution, or B2B is advantageous. Experience with ERP’s, Accounting Systems and other business systems.
