Randstad Canada is hiring Sewing Associates for a three month contract with possible extension or full time employment. You will customize sports apparel using a Juki zig zag machine, stitching letters and numbers onto jerseys. The work requires careful instruction following, communication, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stitch jersey letters and numbers using Juki zig zag machines
- Maintain precise stitching while meeting production goals
- Follow supervisor and team leader instructions carefully
- Check every stitch for quality and accuracy
- Keep sewing machines clean and running correctly
Requirements:
- Two to three years operating industrial sewing machines
- Experience using Juki zig zag machines preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong precision and attention to detail
- Clear criminal record check required
