Responsibilities As our new full-time Agriculture Technical Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Conduct outbound agri-business planning sessions with Canadian growers over the phone, leading meaningful conversations to uncover needs and demonstrate tailored agronomic solutions that provide value and results. Manage transactional information flow from opportunity to demand generation, coordinating field representatives when necessary to meet targeted budgets. Provide inbound technical agronomic support to growers, retailers, and business representatives, building trusted relationships. Take full ownership of incoming client calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience. Develop thorough knowledge of client products, tools, and services to support customer requests effectively. Record key discussion points from conversations for metrics, future opportunities, and market intelligence. Note: This role is currently remote. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Results-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented. Ability to create and communicate value to customers in English and French. Independent thinker with problem-solving skills, capable of handling objections and managing expectations. Teamwork skills and active listening to uncover needs and provide solutions. Optimistic outlook and openness to constructive feedback. Willingness to learn and stay informed on current industry topics affecting Canadian agriculture. Exceptional customer service skills over phone and email. Experience: University degree or diploma in Agriculture or related sciences. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Proficiency in MS Office. Previous sales experience is preferred.
