Job Title: Risk Management (Oil & Gas) Location: Edmonton or Calgary (Hybrid: In-Office Monday, Tuesday & Thursday; Remote Wednesday & Friday) Duration: 12+ Months | Travel: ~10% to work sites We are seeking a Risk Management Specialist to support large-scale infrastructure projects. This role will focus exclusively on project risk management (not IT or cybersecurity) across multiple active projects. Scope of Work: • Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle — from planning, design, procurement, construction, to commissioning. • Facilitate risk workshops (qualitative & quantitative) during execution. • Monitor schedule, budget, contractor performance, and resource allocation risks. • Support contingency planning, schedule risk analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations. • Collaborate closely with EPC contractors and engineering teams. What makes you stand out: ✔ Proven project management experience in capital or infrastructure projects ✔ Strong background in scheduling and cost management ✔ Solid engineering experience in industrial or large-scale environments ✔ Hands-on knowledge of Deltek for schedule risk analysis ✔ Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulations and risk modelling methodologies If you are a results-driven professional with strong expertise in project risk management , we would like to connect with you.
