Responsibilities Develop product vision, operational key responsibilities (OKRs), and communicate with stakeholders. Define business value, develop business cases, support messaging, communication, and customer outreach. Build relationships with Business/IT stakeholders, gather feedback, and refine product strategy. Scope the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and build the product backlog. Prioritize backlog based on business value and keep it updated. Identify and raise dependencies and roadblocks to the Family Product Owner, Architecture Owners, and Scrum Master. Collaborate with Architecture Owners and Tech Leads to optimize technology debt and define technical roadmap. Empower teams to be autonomous, remove impediments, and model servant leadership. Ensure team members understand the backlog stories and business value. Participate in sprint events and support the team daily. Own key performance indicators (KPIs) for the squad, managing tracking, forecasting, and variance monitoring. Provide functional onboarding for new team members. Represent the voice of the customer and take a data‑driven approach to decision making. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience in product design, business analysis, product ownership, product management, product development, or solution delivery. Experience designing and building customer‑centric data products within transactional data domains. Experience with Azure Data Platform technologies and the data engineering lifecycle. Familiarity with industry best practices for data pipeline development, version control, automated testing, and CI/CD. Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills. What Will Make You Stand Out Agile and Scrum practitioner. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A‑CSPO). Good technical understanding of data technologies, tools, and platforms. Bilingual in English and French.
