Deliver exceptional customer service as a Wine Merchant at Wine Rack #095 in Ottawa, using wine knowledge and enthusiastic engagement.
Wine Rack seeks a Sales Associate to inspire customers and support store performance. You will learn through Arterra’s wine education training and tastings while interacting with customers. The work includes point-of-sale transactions, merchandising, shipments, replenishment, and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences at Wine Rack
- Enthusiastically engage and interact with customers
- Perform point-of-sale transactions and merchandising tasks
- Receive shipments and replenish store products
- Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals
Requirements:
- Retail experience is an asset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Be at least 19 years old
- Hold Smart Serve Certification
- Lift up to 21 kilograms and climb ladders
