*Responsibilities:*
* Develop buyers by keeping good rapport with previous and new customers; also by suggesting trade-ins; respond to inquiries; recommend sales campaigns and promotions
* Qualify buyers by understanding their interests and requirements; matching requirements and interests to various models, etc.
* Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify potential customers
* Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
* Figure out customer’s needs by listening and asking questions
* Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
* Engage customers through our online chat tool
* Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
* Perform walk-around videos with new and old customer and demonstrate features of suitable vehicles
* Work with management team on opportunities and sales objectives

*Requirements:*
* Clean driver's abstract and AB driver's license
* customer service experience
