SAP Senior TM Solution Architect

Overview To complement our team in Canada, we are looking for SAP Senior TM Solution Architect . Westernacher is a thriving partnership organization with high-caliber people and interesting projects. Responsibilities Independently plan, design and deliver TM process design solutions Act as project or solution lead on implementation projects, managing the oversight of 4-5 project resources Establish basic and advanced business processes in SAP TM modules, particularly during Proof of Concept stages for potential clients in pre-sales activities Draft functional specifications for custom processes identified during gap analysis Oversee testing for configured business scenarios and custom-developed processes Prepare new SAP systems for go-live phases, offer support for newly implemented transportation processes, and address issues during the stabilization period Availability for travel up to 50% of the time Skills and Experience Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation Advanced Production Integration experience A track record of at least 2 full life-cycle SAP TM implementations Cross-module knowledge to design comprehensive logistics processes Demonstrated expertise in SAP TM configuration and design Professional certification in SAP TM is a significant advantage Knowledge of ABAP and proficiency in debugging is a bonus Experience across various industries with a solid understanding of their specific transportation processes Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science; an advanced degree is a bonus Soft Skills Ability to build strong relationships at all levels within Prospects, Customers and Partners Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical prospects Ability to quickly establish a relationship of trust with clients at all levels Commitment to high-quality project delivery Our Promise Competitive remuneration package (salary, bonus, benefits, RRSP) Inspiring and exciting, innovative working environment International company culture and minimal hierarchical structure Chance to work on complex projects from different industries and expand your business process knowledge Flexible working hours and hybrid working model Interested?
