Senior Manager, Audit Global Regulatory Program Management (847) Join to apply for the Senior Manager, Audit Global Regulatory Program Management (847) role at TD Securities Overview The Senior Manager, Audit Global Regulatory Program Management will provide functional oversight of Internal Audit deliverables to multiple regulatory agencies in Canada and other global jurisdictions outside of North America. This role manages a team responsible for centralized awareness, coordination, tracking, and quality assurance of all Audit-related jurisdictional regulatory commitments and requests, as well as responses to findings. It also supports reporting that informs Audit leadership on regulatory risk, relationships, and emerging trends within a dynamic regulatory environment. Responsibilities Oversees the Global Audit Regulatory Program Management team Independently manages all BAU jurisdictional regulatory management processes for Internal Audit, including continuous evaluation for efficiency and impact opportunities Serves as the primary point of contact for Global Audit Regulatory Program Management on Audit-related regulatory matters, fostering relationships with Audit leadership to meet regulatory expectations Advises Internal Audit leadership on regulatory affairs with timely insights from exam/review results, regulatory trends, industry best practices, and enterprise strategy Supports regulatory exam and ongoing supervision coordination, overseeing intake, socialization, tracking, and delivery of responses to regulators Coordinates clarifications and confirms expectations around regulatory exams, findings, and requests Assists on less complex tasks during high-volume periods with limited resources Liaises between Internal Audit and regulatory, compliance, and legal teams as needed Provides thought leadership and strategic direction on Audit-related regulatory management Provides guidance, mentorship, and feedback to support delivery of high-quality work and professional development Key Attributes Leads with integrity, ownership, accountability and vision Commitment to excellence with a collaborative attitude Motivated self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset Professional and poised in demanding, high-visibility interactions Fundamental understanding of the financial services regulatory environment Understanding of regulatory management standards, processes and best practices Ability to anticipate regulatory expectations and those of Audit leadership Ability to assess impact of cross-jurisdictional regulatory changes Superior project and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities Ability to identify and implement strategic solutions Sound judgement for business decisions Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present complex information clearly Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with all levels of management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience & Education 10+ years of relevant experience, including people management Previous regulator or audit experience preferred Undergraduate degree required; relevant professional certifications, legal designations, or equivalent education is a plus Who We Are TD is one of the world's leading global financial institutions and the fifth largest bank in North America by branches.
